Payment and shipping

Payment

You can pay your order with Ideal, Paypal or bank transfer. If you place an order and choose bank transfer we will hold your order one week. If you have not paid for your order within one week then your order will automatically be cancelled. Please note, that the order will only be sent after we have received the payment.

If you choose to pick up your order at our studio in Eindhoven, the Netherlands (please note, by appointment only!) you can pay your order (cash only) at the pick up.

 

Shipping

We ship worldwide. You can find the shipping costs here. If you have a specific question about the shipping costs to your country please feel free to send an email to info@missbilly.nl. We will always do our best to help you.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with Post NL, DPD or UPS. When your package is in its way to you, you’ll receive an email in which the track & trace-code of your shipment is provided. If you did not receive this email, or if you feel like your order is taking too long, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@missbilly.nl. We will do our very best to help you as much as possible!

Miss Billy doesn’t charge any extra costs besides the payment and shipping costs for your item as shown during your order. But there may be international import duties and taxes on a shipment reaching your country. These costs may vary depending on the amount of merchandise and country to which the order is being shipped. Miss billy is not responsible for these costs (or the delay caused by import procedures), nor do we profit from these costs in any way possible. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
